Honey Beet Kombucha Smoothie


Treviso and Rainbow Chard Sauté

Ingredients

Kombucha (300 ml)

Lemon, juiced (1 pc)

Raw Honey (3 tbsp)

Mango, cubed and frozen (1 cup)

Banana, cut and frozen (1 pc)

Beetroot, cubed (1/2 cup)

Tepache (100 ml)

Method

Serves 1

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend on slow for a minute or till it reaches the consistency desired.

  2. Place contents in a bowl and place in freezer for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove, serve and enjoy its probiotic magic!
