Sweet Potato Mash & Gravy

Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes (4-5 pcs)

Grass Fed Butter (3 tbsp)

Bone Broth Gravy (4 tbsp)

Garlic, chopped (2 cloves)

Thyme, to taste

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

Method

Serves 2

  1. Heat an oven to 200C and prick the sweet potatoes in several places, place on baking sheet and bake for 45-55 mins till soft.

  2. Place a pan on medium heat and melt 1 tbsp butter and cook the garlic in the butter till slightly golden brown and then add the remaining butter and melt and remove from flame.

  3. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and slice open scooping out the flesh inside adding salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Mash the scooped out sweet potato along with the butter garlic melt and add the bone broth gravy to the mashed mixture, garnish with thyme and serve!
