Mango, Musk Melon & Chia Pudding
Mango (1 large) ‡
Musk Melon (1/2 cup) ‡
Bananas (1 large) ‡
Almond Milk (1/2 Cup) ‡
Chia Seeds (4 tsp) ‡
Almond Butter (2 tbsp) ‡
Probiotic Yoghurt (2tbsp) ‡

Blend mango, musk melon, banana and almond milk in a high speed blender. Divide evenly among two small jars.
Add 2 tsp chia to each bowl and stir, cover and refrigerate. After 10 minutes give it a stir and return to fridge. Chill for a few more minutes and it should be ready.
Add 1 tbsp of yogurt and 1 tbsp of almond butter. Garnish with fresh mango.
