Miso Cauliflower & Pan Seared Halloumi

Cauliflower, florets (1 cup) ‡
Halloumi Cheese, sliced ‡
Miso Dressing (1-2 tbsp) ‡
Garlic, chopped (2 pcs) ‡
Onions, chopped (1/2 pc) ‡
A2 Ghee (1 tsp) ‡
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Start by heating the ghee on a skillet and then adding the garlic, onions and cooking till browning.
Add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4-6 minutes till tender. Mix in the miso dressing and coat well and cook for a further 2 mins. Set aside.
Wipe down the skillet and then proceed to pan sear the halloumi slices till they start slightly browning and release their fats.
Plate and Serve!
