Open Toastie with Almond Satay Sauce & Gruyere

Seasonal Fruit Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

  • Adventure Gluten Free Bread, sliced thick

  • Gruyere Cheese

  • Almond Satay Sauce

  • A2 Ghee

Serves 2

  1. Toast the bread pieces on a pan with a little ghee till its starts to get crisp.

  2. Once warm slather with the almond satay sauce and top with the thinly sliced gruyere.

  3. Place back on to the pan with the toppings side up and sear till the gruyere melts.

  4. Plate and serve!
