Strawberry Feta Salad

Ingredients

• Strawberries ‡

• Baby Spinach ‡

• Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing ‡

• Feta Cheese ‡

• Pecans, chopped

• Brown Sugar

• Butter

Method

Serves 2

1. Mix the pecan, sugar and butter in a skillet on medium to high heat and cook for 2-3 minutes while it caramelises.

2. Assemble the baby spinach, strawberries, pecans and crumbled feta with the pecans in a bowl and drizzle over the strawberry vinaigrette and toss to assemble.

3. Plate and serve!
