Treviso and Rainbow Chard Sauté

Ingredients

Kale, Steamed & Chopped (2-3 cups)

Tomatoes, Chopped (2-4 pcs)

Cherry Tomatoes, halved (1/2 cup)

Sping Onions, chopped (1/2 cup)

Sweet Corn Kernels (2 cups)

Avocado, chopped (1 pc)

Tomato Salsa

Red Bell Peppers, roasted & chopped (1 pc)

Baked Tortilla Chips or Ragi Chips

Quinoa, cooked (2 cups)

Method

Serves 2

  1. Layer the bottom of the bowl with the tortilla or ragi chips as preferred.

  2. Using the spoon, layer some quinoa over the chips and then keep adding the rest of the ingredients layer by layer. Can be mixed or tossed as well if desired.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
