Sourdough Almond Coco Butter Toast

Seasonal Fruit Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

  • Multigrain Sourdough Bread (3-4 slices)

  • A2 Ghee/Butter (1-2 tbsp)

  • Bananas, sliced round (1 -2 pcs)

  • Coconut Almond Butter (2 tbsp)

  • Multi-flora Raw Honey (1 tbsp)

  • Cinnamon Powder, to taste

Serves 2

  1. Spread a thin layer of the ghee or butter on one side of the sourdough slice and then pan sear on a warm skillet till slightly golden.

  2. Remove and slather the coconut almond butter on the same side of each slice and then layer with the bananas, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.

  3. Enjoy!
