Goat Cheese & Beet Hummus Sourdough Tartine

Ingredients

  • 100% Whole Wheat Sourdough

  • Avocado, sliced (1 pc)

  • Beetroot Hummus

  • Goat Milk Feta

  • Radish Micro-greens

  • A2 Ghee (1 tbsp)

Method

Serves 2

  1. Spread the ghee on one side of the sliced sourdough and toast on a pan till it starts turning golden.

  2. Remove and let cool slightly and then slather with beetroot hummus topping with crumbled goat milk feta, sliced avocadoes and finished with a garnish of radish microgreens.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
