Garlic Miso Shiitake Mushrooms

Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced long (1-2 cups) ‡
A2 Ghee (1-2 tbsp) ‡
Garlic, minced (4 cloves) ‡
Miso Dressing ‡
Spring Onions, for garnish ‡

Start by coating the sliced shiitake mushrooms in the miso dressing and marinating for 30-45 mins.
When ready to cook start by warming the ghee in a wok or skillet and adding the minced garlic. Cook until golden brown and the flavour has infused.
Add the shiitake and cook till desired texture and darkened color (about 5-6 minutes) and finally add some of the minced spring onions just to finish.
Plate and Serve!
