Gom-ae Zucchini Noodles


Treviso and Rainbow Chard Sauté

Ingredients

Zucchini, julienned or spiralized (3 pcs)

Onion, chopped (1 pc)

Garlic, chopped (3 cloves)

Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)

Sesame Seeds, roasted (1 tbsp)

Gome-ae Sauce (3 tbsp)

Coconut Oil ( 2 tbsp)

Sea Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

Cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Method

Serves 2

  1. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds, gome-ae sauce, and coconut oil.

  2. In a skillet heat a tbsp of the coconut oil and add the chopped onion and zucchini noodles and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the mix and cook for a further 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from the heat, garnish with cilantro and serve.
