Butter Thyme Pumpkin


Treviso and Rainbow Chard Sauté

Ingredients

Grass Fed Butter (3 tbsp)

Onions, cut into wedges (2 pcs)

Pumpkin, cubed (1 pc)

Thyme (1 tsp)

Garlic (8-10 cloves)

Sea Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

Method

Serves 2

  1. Add 1 tbsp butter to a pan on medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until slightly soft.

  2. Add the pumpkin, thyme, and remaining butter and cook for 15-20 minutes until the pumpkin is tender and golden brown.

  3. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste and serve!
