Butter Thyme Pumpkin
Grass Fed Butter (3 tbsp) ‡
Onions, cut into wedges (2 pcs) ‡
Pumpkin, cubed (1 pc) ‡
Thyme (1 tsp) ‡
Garlic (8-10 cloves) ‡
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Add 1 tbsp butter to a pan on medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until slightly soft.
Add the pumpkin, thyme, and remaining butter and cook for 15-20 minutes until the pumpkin is tender and golden brown.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste and serve!
