Creamy Yellow Pumpkin Pasta (V)

Kale, ribbed & sliced (2 cups) ‡
Vegan Pumpkin Rosso Pasta Sauce ‡
Salt, to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the fusilli or a pasta of your choice till about 1 minute before a la dente.
Add kale into the pot with the pasta and cook for the last minute together.
Drain the the pasta and kale and reserve some of the cooking liquid stock.
Gently heat the vegan pumpkin rosso sauce on a pan and add the pasta and kale to the pan removing from the heat and mixing well. Additionally, you can add in the liquid stock till desired consistency is reached.
Put the mixture into a bowl and serve!
