Baked Portobello Mushrooms

Portobello Mushrooms (1 box) ‡
Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
Miso Paste (1/2 tsp)
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tbsp) ‡
Garlic, finely chopped (1 tsp) ‡
Ginger, finely chopped (1 tsp) ‡
Olive Oil (1 tsp)

Pre heat the oven to 200 C.
Add all the ingredients other than the mushrooms into a baking dish and mix together thoroughly to make the marinade.
Add the mushrooms to the marinade and make sure they are well coated and let sit in the marinade for 20 minutes.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes and then flip and bake again till desired texture reached. Remove from the oven.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
