Watercress, Ricotta & Cheddar Pizza Squares

Pizza Dough of Choice
Watercress (1/2 cup) ‡
French Beans, halved (1/4 cup) ‡
Farm House Cheddar, grated ‡
Onion, sliced (1 pc) ‡
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Preheat Oven to 200 C. Toss the French beans and onions in 1 tbsp of olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the dough on the baking sheet and brush with the olive oil. Then spread the ricotta and add the beans and onion mixture on top with the grated farm house cheddar.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes till the crust is golden brown and beans are tender and remove from the oven.
Add the watercress and sprinkle with chili flakes, salt and pepper. Cut into toast like squares.
