Ingredients

• Rocket Arugula (1/2 cup) ‡

• Salad Mix (1/2 cup) ‡

• Pomegranate, peeled (1 pc) ‡

• Oranges, peeled and sliced (2 pcs) ‡

• Walnuts, roasted (1/4 cup)

• Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing (3 tbsp) ‡

Method

Serves 2

1. Mix the rocket, salad mix, pomegranate, oranges and walnuts in a salad bowl.

2. Pour the honey mustard dressing and toss to coat evenly.

3. Plate and serve!
