Sunflower Microgreen Stir Fry

Sunflower Microgreens (2 boxes) ‡
Miso Dressing (2-4 tbsp) ‡
Nutritional Yeast Flakes, to taste
A2 Ghee (1.5 tbsp) ‡
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Heat the ghee in a skillet over medium heat and then add the sunflower microgreens and season with salt and pepper. Cook till slightly wilted.
Add the miso dressing and let cook for some time till at desired consistency.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with nutritional yeast flakes.
Plate and Serve!
