Mango Qunioa Salad

Ingredients
Qunioa, cooked (1/2 cup)
Mango, diced (1 cup) ‡
Cherry Tomatoes, halved (1/2 cup) ‡
Onion, finely diced (1/4th pc) ‡
Chilli, chopped (1 pc) ‡
Lemon, juiced (1 pc) ‡
Mango Balsamic Dressing (1-2 tbsp) ‡
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Serves 2
Mix together the cooked quinoa with the mangoes, cherry tomatoes, onions, chilis, lemon juice and mango balsamic dressing.
