Baby Corn Miso Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Baby Corn, diagonally cut (2 boxes)

  • Spring Onions, chopped (1 pc)

  • Leeks, chopped (3 tbsp)

  • Miso Sesame Dressing (2 tbsp)

  • Garlic, chopped (3-4 cloves)

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Method

Serves 2

  1. Heat up the oil on a skillet and then proceed to fry the garlic till slightly golden.

  2. Add the baby corn, spring onions, leeks and 1 spoon of the miso sesame dressing and fry till the corn starts getting slightly charred/golden.

  3. Remove from the heat and toss with another spoon of the miso sesame dressing.

  4. Plate and Serve!
