Beet Hummus Avo Toast on Gluten Free Sourdough

Ingredients

  • Gluten Free Sourdough Bread, sliced

  • Beetroot Hummus

  • Avocado, Sliced

  • Radish Microgreens

  • White Truffle Oil & Pepper Cream Cheese

  • Goat Milk Feta Cheese, Crumbled

Method

Serves 1

  1. Spread a layer of the truffle cheese on one side of the sliced sourdough and placing that side face down toast the sourdough on a pan over medium heat.

  2. Once toasted, let cool for a minute and then spread a layer of the beetroot hummus on the same side which was toasted and then layer with the sliced avocadoes.

  3. Garnish with the radish microgreens and crumble the feta loosely on the toast.

  4. Eat & Enjoy!
