Vegan Tofu/Paneer/Grilled Veggie Cashew Curry

Ingredients

  • Pan Seared Tofu/Paneer, diced

  • Vegan Cashew Korma Curry

  • Roasted Cauliflower, Zucchini, Carrots (Optional)

  • Salt, to taste,

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Method

Serves 2

  1. Pan sear your tofu or paneer cubes as desired on the pan and add onions, garlic etc to taste. Roasted Veggies work great as well.

  2. Mix in the cashew curry and simmer together till well mixed to together.

  3. Plate and serve with some white steamed rice!
