Kale, Chard & Micro-green salad
Apple Cider Vinegar, (1/2 cup) ‡
Raw Honey (2 tsp) ‡
Kale, (1 bunch, torn into bite size pieces) ‡
Swiss Chard (1 bunch, torn into bite size pieces) ‡
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Black Pepper, Crushed (1/2 tsp)
Dried Rosemary, (1/2 tsp) ‡
Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
Raisins (1/3 cup)
Walnuts, toasted & chopped (1/3 cup)
Feta Cheese (6 ounces)
Beetroots, boiled, chopped (1/2 cup) ‡
Mustard Micro-greens ‡
Radish Micro-greens ‡
Beetroot Micro-greens ‡

Whisk the vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a bowl until the honey has dissolved.
Whisk in the olive oil until evenly blended.
Place the kale, Swiss chard, microgreens, feta cheese, raisins, beetroots and walnuts into a bowl.
Toss with the dressing to serve.
