Honey Roasted Cabbage

Treviso and Rainbow Chard Sauté

Green or Chinese Cabbage, cut into ½ inch rounds (1-2 pcs)

Olive Oil (3 tbsp)

Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tbsp)

Honey Mustard (2 tbsp)

Raw Honey (1 tbsp)

Thyme (1 sprig)

Sea Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

White Pepper, to taste

Serves 2

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey mustard, honey in a bowl.

  2. Evenly coat each cabbage round with the mixture and place on baking sheet using any excess seasoning to brush over the upward facing side of the cabbage. Season with thyme, salt, black and white pepper.

  3. Roast until cabbage slices are tender and edges turn golden about 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
