Stone Fruit Oats Power Bowl

Seasonal Fruit Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats (4 tbsp)

  • Almond Butter (2 tbsp)

  • Cinnamon, powdered (1/2 tsp)

  • Plums, cut (2 pcs)

  • Apricot, cut (3 pcs)

  • Peaches, cut (2 pcs)

  • Pumpkin Seeds, roasted (2 tbsp)

  • Chia & Flax Seed Mix (2 tsp)

  • Raw Honey (optional)

Method

Serves 2

  1. Soak the rolled oats in warm water for about 15 minutes and then cook for about 20 minutes in water, milk or nut milk if preferred till they are ready.

  2. Mix in the cinnamon and the honey and mix well so its evenly spread.

  3. Start topping the bowl with peaches, plums and apricots and then almond butter either drizzled over or on the side.

  4. Add the roasted pumpkin seeds and the chia and flax seed mix as well.

  5. Eat and Enjoy!
