Sourdough & Kimchi Grilled Cheese

Seasonal Fruit Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

  • Toasted Sesame Sourdough Bread – (4-6 slices)

  • Kimchi, roughly chopped (1 cup)

  • Basil, (1/4 cup)

  • Farm House Cheddar, grated (1 cup)

  • Zarai Cheese, grated (1/2 cup)

  • Butter, (2 Tbsp)

  • Garlic, grated (1 clove)

  • Multiflora Honey

  • Sesame Seeds, toasted (1 tbsp)

Serves 2

  1. Mix the butter, garlic and sesame seeds together in a bowl. Spread generously on the outside of the slices as well as the inside halves.

  2. Evenly layer each of the inside of the bread with the basil, kimchi and mixed cheeses. Add the top slice to complete the sandwich.

  3. Place the sandwiches one at a time on the skillet and heat top and bottom till golden about 3-5 minutes each side.

  4. Drizzle the honey on top of the sandwiches once finished, plate and serve!
