Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sourdough

Seasonal Fruit Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Toasted Sesame Sourdough Bread

  • Kimchi

  • Aged Farmhouse Cheddar

  • Aged Tomme Cheese

  • Fresh Chives

  • Honey

  • Fresh Basil

  • Tomato Rosemary Sauce

  • Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese

  • Sea Salt, to taste

Method

Serves 2

  1. Cut the sourdough bread into thick slices and the spread the cream cheese generously on the side which will be facing towards the skillet for all of them.

  2. Layer the inside with the kimchi, grated cheddar, grated tome, fresh chives, basil and tomato rosemary sauce and top with the another slice with the cream cheese side facing up.

  3. Warm some butter in a skillet and place the sandwiches one at a time in the skillet cooking till golden brown on the side with the cream cheese, about 3-5 minutes per side.

  4. Plate and sprinkle with honey and sea salt and enjoy!
